Application Of Various Grades

N550

It has moderate abrasion resistance. It has low shrinkage and swelling after molding. It has relatively high elasticity. It is used in the main body of the tire, in underlay adhesives, in pipes, covering cables and in some other cases.
It is a medium surface area and structure and a general purpose fast extruding black. It gives low heat build up, long fatigue life, stiffness and tensile strength.
It is used for body compounds in passenger tires and numerous mechanical rubber goods and specially in profiles.
Reinforcing properties and high hardness coefficient and the ability to form smooth surfaces with this grade has led to the widespread use of this grade in the manufacture of molds and internal structures of tires, wall components, pipes, and hoses
Carcass grade black with low surface area, and does not impart good abrasion resistance. Good dimensional stability for extruded profiles, hoses, belts, brake diaphragms, and plastic piping

N660

It has moderate strengthening properties. It is a soot with high uses. It produces little heat in the tire and is used in all elastomers.
Compared toN550 , it gives even lower heat build up, long fatigue life and good processibility. It is used for body compounds in passenger tires, including innerliners, as well as numerous rubber goods e.g., injection molding. One of the properties of this soot grade is medium reinforcement, and this grade is used to make the inner layers and outer wall of the tire, cable cover, sealing rings, and so on.
Medium reinforcing for inner tubes cable insulation, and body mounts.

N330

It has good abrasion resistance along with high elasticity and is resistant to stretching and tearing. It is widely used in both synthetic and natural rubbers, and it is used in both tires and mechanical devices.

It is a general purpose high abrasion carbon black.

It gives a good balance of properties such as abrasion resistance, hysteresis and viscosity.

It is used for many body compound applications in tires and rubber goods.

Provides good abrasion resistance, as well as high resilience, easy processing, good tensile strength and tear resistance. N330 is suited to a wide range of applications in both tyres and mechanical goods.

Due to the medium and upward reinforcement properties of this grade and its optimal process capability and moldability, it is used in rubber sides, carcass components, coated compounds, and tire belts

Good wear properties and processing. Used in passenger through truck tires

 

N339

It has excellent wear resistance. It has a high structure and is used in the tires of passenger cars and mechanical devices.
It is a medium surface area and high structure grade under high abrasion black. It gives a good balance between treadwear and hysteresis. It is good for general purpose tread compounds for passenger and truck tires and body compounds for truck tires.
. Has excellent wear and extrusion properties characteristic of improved process high structure Carbon Blacks. It is suited to passenger treads, tread rubber, and mechanical goods.
The reinforcement property and high hardness coefficient of this grade, along with its excellent process capability, make it possible to use it to make the middle layer of the tire.
Premium passenger tire tread compound. Motor mounts, solid tires, and conveyor belts.

N375

This soot is very similar to grade 339 in terms of specifications. It has the property of strengthening and high hardness coefficient and excellent processing ability and is used in the tire industry to make the middle layers of tires.
It is a medium surface area, low structure grade (i.e., it’s structure is lower than N339) under high abrasion black.
It gives a good balance of treadwear and hysteresis..
It is used in general purpose tread compounds for passenger and truck tires.
Mainly used in tread compounds of passenger, truck and cross-country tyres. It is also an excellent choice for the coating compounds of conveyor belts.
